Coconut-Mango Chutney


Grated coconut
1 cup
Raw mango piece
4 piece without the skin
Green chillies
3 (small)
Ginger
¼  cm cube
Small onion
1 teaspoon cut fine
Curry leaves
A few
Salt
½ teaspoon

Grind all the ingredients together until all the ingredients are just coarsely ground. Do not grind it to a fine paste. Roll out  to a small ball and is eaten with hot rice, idli, dosa etc.
 
 Do not add any water.
