Coconut Ice cream


Coco
3 Tablespoon
Sugar
½ Cup
Vanilla
2 Teaspoon
Coconut Milk
300 ml
Egg Yolks
3
Gelatin
1 Teaspoon
Cream
300 ml
Coconut
1 Cup

Sift cocoa. Combine, it with sugar, gelatin, egg yolks, vanilla, coconut milk and cream, in a pan, over a double boiler.  Place over simmering water. Stir constantly till mixture is thickened. Pour into a shallow pan. Cool, stir in coconut and freeze. When half se. take it out, blend in a mixie until the ice cream is smooth and creamy. Transfer back to the pan and freeze.
