Chilli Powder | 2 Teaspoon |
Garlic | 5 Cloves |
Ginger | One Piece |
Coconut | One Piece |
Poppy Seeds | 1 Teaspoon |
Egg | 1 |
Onion Chopped | 1 |
Salt | To taste |
Boil meat and gram dal separately. Grind all the items. Beat eggs and mix with earlier items. Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and kismis. Make tikkies and deep fry in oil.
