Grated coconut | 1 cup |
Raw mango piece | 4 piece without the skin |
Green chillies | 3 (small) |
Ginger | ¼ cm cube |
Small onion | 1 teaspoon cut fine |
Curry leaves | A few |
Salt | ½ teaspoon |
Grind all the ingredients together until all the ingredients are just coarsely ground. Do not grind it to a fine paste. Roll out to a small ball and is eaten with hot rice, idli, dosa etc.
Do not add any water.
